We're obviously not talking about the same kind of sweet breads. The sweet breads I'm used to hearing about come from the butcher shop not the bakery.
Yeah I've heard of Bimbo. Some of the stores around here sell their products. Being where there are a lot of orange groves we have a high Mexican population. |

Sweet breads is the brain of an animal -- cow, sheep, pig, etc. -- and it is often considered a delicacy in foreign countries. Personally I say EWWWWW GROSS . same goes for the tongue. NASTY but the husband LOVES tongue sandwiches. His mother would cook them but not this gal!  I'm pure country but I draw the line at eatting innards.
